Work-Life Balance: 1:6 weekend call with only 2 holidays per year - residents heavily buffer call and attendings are historically never physically called in after hours. Leadership Opportunities: True Academic Medicine Psychiatry - Grand Rounds, resident oversight, committee involvement, and the freedom to pursue clinician, educator, or research-focused tracks.
