Ophthalmology practice is seeking a patient-focused Optometrist who is committed to delivering a premium, high-touch clinical experience. This can be a full time or part time position, your choice. Practice is open Monday-Friday no weekends. Highly competitive salary of $150,000 $250,000 plus full benefits. This premier boutique refractive surgery center offers all six vision-correction procedures: LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO ICL, Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE), and Premium Cataract Surgery. They deliver world-class refractive outcomes through advanced technologies, white-glove patient experience, and active participation in clinical research studies. The practice culture is warm, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on excellence. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to performing comprehensive refractive evaluations, delivering exceptionally accurate refractions with attention to detail and consistency, educate patients on refractive surgery options with clarity, confidence, and compassion, Co-manage postoperative care for refractive and premium cataract procedures, collaborate closely with surgical leadership to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, etc.
