Registered Dental Hygienist

We are a patient-focused family and cosmetic dental practice looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Dental hygienist to join our team.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive preventative dental hygiene care, including dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, radiographs, fluoride treatment, and other services within the scope of your license.
• Perform thorough periodontal charting and identify changes in patients' oral health.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, periodontal health, and home-care techniques.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients of all ages.
• Communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations effectively with patients and the dental team.
• Work closely with the dentist and dental assistants to provide coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Help create a positive, comfortable, and professional patient experience.
• Maintain a clen, organized and well-prepared treatment room

What we are looking for:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Michigan
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly, caring and professional personality
• Dependable and committed to providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Comfortable educating patients and discussing recommended prevention care
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive office culture.
