As a Customer Engagement Representative, you’ll work directly with customers, representing brands and helping people understand the products and services available to them.

It’s a face-to-face opportunity combining customer engagement, relationship building, brand representation, and sales — ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.

Connect
Approach customers professionally, start conversations, and build rapport.

Understand
Listen, ask the right questions, and identify individual customer needs.

Communicate
Explain products, services, and campaign information clearly and confidently.

Support
Answer questions and help interested customers through the next steps.

Deliver
Create a positive customer experience while contributing toward individual and team objectives.

Strong candidates will be personable, self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable communicating with different types of people.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or other customer-facing work can transfer particularly well.

We’re also looking for people who can take feedback, learn quickly, stay professional in busy environments, and take ownership of the quality of their customer interactions.
