Position Highlights:Work-Life Balance: Flexible 4.55 day workweek with approximately 36 patient-facing hours and autonomy over your schedule and patient volume.Ideal Work Environment: 34 exam rooms per physician, private or semi-private office, and 34 dedicated clinical staff.Favorable Call Schedule: no more than once per year.Experienced MAs screen and triage calls before physician escalation.Culture & Support: Close-knit, physician-led group with providers who have been with the practice for 20+ years. Physicians can develop subspecialty interests based on their clinical passions.Partnership & Growth: Partnership potential after 2.5 years. Current practice includes 4 Mohs surgeons and offers opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Compensation: Production-based model:$400K guaranteed minimum for the first 12 monthsAverage general dermatology partner earned approximately $750K in 2025.Benefits: $7,000 CME, 6 weeks PTO including CME, malpractice covered, 401(k) and profit sharing.Professional Growth: Physician autonomy with flexibility to pursue areas of clinical interest.
