<div><img src="https://abdcdn.abdcloud.net/101126/be767016-ce30-4efa-964f-e00ad0ffaa63.jpg" ></div><div><br></div><div><strong><span >C&S has an immediate opening for a part-time Janitor/Driver in Jefferson City.</span></strong></div><div><br></div><div>Salary/hours for Janitor/Driver: $18/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-2 p.m. (approximately 25 hours/week)</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, window washing, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming/shampooing/spot cleaning carpets, sweeping/mopping/buffing/stripping/ waxing floors, etc.</li><li>Maintain grounds including yard work, trash removal, snow/ice removal, lawn mowing, and additional outside upkeep deemed necessary.</li><li>Maintain appropriate inventories of cleaning products, supplies, cleaning equipment, and products throughout the facility.</li><li>Operate company truck in a safe manner and in compliance with organizational policies.</li><li>Assist in loading and unloading truck and/or vehicles.</li><li>When driving, conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, maintain the interior and exterior of the truck (cab and box) in a clean and safe condition.</li><li>Monitor truck and schedule routine maintenance to include DOT inspections and alert the supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns. </li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>One year of driving experience required; one year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.</li><li>Must demonstrate knowledge and competency in using industrial and typical janitorial equipment and supplies.</li><li>Ability to comprehend written directions, maps, cleaning instructions, safety rules, policy/procedure manuals, manufacturer’s guidance related to use and maintenance of equipment, and material safety data sheets.</li><li>Maintain a professional attitude and approach to problem solving and crisis situations.</li><li>Ability to work with diverse and challenging personalities.</li><li>Must demonstrate organizational skills, and close attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 80 pounds; ability to stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>Able to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with clients, employees and others.</li><li>Successfully complete internal training.</li><li>Valid driver’s licenses to operate company vehicle/truck (class F)</li><li>Must pass organizational Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background checks.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Apply online and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City. </div><div><br></div><div>110947</div><div><br></div><div>#BB</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>PandoLogic.
