Schedule: Days (7a-7p), 2x12, every 3 rd weekend rotation and holiday rotation per union contract

How you'll contribute
A Med/Surg RN who excels in this role:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans.
Advocate for patients while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence in care.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
Certifications: BLS required upon hire; ACLS and HIHSS required within 3 months of hire; Med/Surg RN certification preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1-year acute care nursing; 2-3 years of acute care nursing preferred
