Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathologist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to a varied patient population within a rehabilitation environment. In this role, you will assess disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing. You will also be responsible for creating and executing treatment plans that are focused on achieving specific goals, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate families about communication disorders and treatment options.
• Engage in care conferences to discuss patient progress and strategies.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
