This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced neurosurgeons while providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, assisting with advanced surgical procedures, and helping patients throughout their treatment journey.Position Highlights:

Full-time, employed Physician Assistant positionSpecialty focus: Neurosurgery & Orthopedic SpineProvide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical careEvaluate new patients, perform follow-ups, and manage post-operative careCollaborate directly with neurosurgeons to develop treatment plansAssist in the operating room with advanced neurosurgical and spine procedures, including:CraniotomiesIntrathecal baclofen pump placementSpinal procedures and instrumentationMicroscopic proceduresPerform hospital rounds, including ICU patientsConduct ED and hospital consultationsManage VP shunt evaluations and reprogrammingAssist with lumbar drains and ventricular/ICP monitoringParticipate in call responsibilities as assignedCross-train with multiple surgeons within the departmentWork within a collaborative, team-based environmentCompensation/Benefits:
