This Is More Than a Forklift Job

MakerFlo is looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced warehouse professional who can help keep our inventory accurate and our entire fulfillment operation moving. We are a small local business with about 12 team members, where we all work in parallel to accomplish our goals.

You won’t spend every day doing the same task. One day you may be replenishing our main fulfillment warehouse, the next you may be unloading a container, down-stacking pallets, preparing a freight shipment, completing inventory counts, or driving our 26-foot box truck between locations.

This role has a direct impact on how quickly and accurately we fulfill customer orders. When inventory is organized, accurately counted, and available where our pickers need it, the entire warehouse performs better.

We need someone who moves with purpose, communicates well, makes good decisions, and doesn’t require constant oversight. If you take pride in a clean warehouse, accurate inventory, and keeping things moving, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating stand-up reach forklifts and a sit-down forklift safely
• Moving products and pallets between warehouse locations
• Driving a 26-foot box truck between our Chandler warehouses, potentially daily
• Replenishing the main fulfillment warehouse from our nearby storage warehouses
• Down-stacking and breaking down pallets for replenishment
• Maintaining accurate SKU counts and item locations
• Entering inventory counts, product locations, and other information into our systems
• Using Prediko, our inventory management system, to help maintain accurate inventory data
• Completing cycle counts and helping investigate inventory discrepancies
• Keeping products organized, labeled, accessible, and ready for picking
• Unloading shipping containers and incoming deliveries
• Building, wrapping, labeling, and preparing freight pallet shipments
• Picking and packaging customer orders when additional support is needed
• Keeping warehouse aisles, work areas, and storage locations clean and safe
• Communicating inventory movements, shortages, and issues to the operations team
• Identifying problems and making quick decisions to keep inventory flowing
• Supporting the warehouse team wherever needed to keep fulfillment moving forward

You May Be a Great Fit If You

• Have at least three years of forklift experience
• Have hands-on experience operating a stand-up reach forklift
• Can operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift safely, along with pallet jacks
• Can demonstrate safe forklift operation and pass the required certification
• Have a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record
• Are comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck
• Are comfortable using computers, entering numbers, and learning inventory software
• Pay close attention to SKU numbers, quantities, and product locations
• Are organized, dependable, and accurate
• Move quickly without sacrificing safety or inventory accuracy
• Can make good decisions without waiting for constant direction
• Communicate clearly and understand that inventory movements affect the entire team
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Take pride in keeping a warehouse clean and organized
• Are comfortable working in an active, physical warehouse environment
• Are willing to help with picking, packing, container unloading, and other warehouse responsibilities as needed
• Can adapt when priorities change during a busy fulfillment day

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

A college degree is not required. We care about your experience, reliability, attitude, safety, and ability to get the job done correctly.

Who You’ll Work With

This position is part of MakerFlo’s operations and inventory team and will work directly with Moose, our Operations Manager, and DaSean, our Inventory Manager.

Communication is one of the most important parts of this role. You’ll work closely with inventory, replenishment, picking, shipping, and warehouse team members to make sure everyone knows where products are and that inventory is available when it’s needed.

Schedule and Locations

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Chandler, Arizona.

Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

All MakerFlo warehouse locations are in Chandler and located within approximately one mile of each other.

Occasional approved overtime may be available or required. Team members may also occasionally be asked to work a short weekend shift, typically around three hours, to help unload a shipping container.
