Job Description:
The Global Demand Generation Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing integrated global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and revenue within the IT ecosystem. This role requires a strategic marketer with deep experience creating multi-channel campaigns that target both channel partners and end-customer audiences across global markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing scalable go-to-market strategies, leveraging digital and field marketing tactics, and delivering measurable business outcomes in the technology industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that drive net new pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and increase market share across targeted IT market segments.
- Design and launch integrated, multi-touch campaigns utilizing digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, events, webinars, partner marketing, and nurture programs to generate qualified demand.
- Create global go-to-market plans, audience segmentation strategies, buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and campaign roadmaps aligned to business priorities and vendor objectives.
- Partner closely with sales, business development, regional marketing teams, and technology partners to align campaign execution with revenue goals and pipeline targets.
- Build demand generation programs that support both partner recruitment and enablement initiatives while creating direct end-customer demand for technology solutions.
- Own campaign performance measurement and optimization, tracking key demand generation KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and return on marketing investment.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, continuously refining targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
- Manage global marketing budgets and investment allocation to maximize pipeline generation and ROI.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to scale successful campaigns across multiple geographies while ensuring local market relevance.
- Present campaign results, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, business units, and vendor partners.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, campaign strategy, and pipeline development within the IT or technology industry.
- Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel demand generation campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Demonstrated success building integrated global marketing programs across digital, field, partner, content, and ABM channels.
- Experience creating strategic marketing plans, audience segmentation strategies, buyer journeys, and campaign architectures for complex technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel management, lead lifecycle processes, marketing automation, and demand generation best practices.
- Experience marketing through and with channel partners, resellers, systems integrators, MSPs, VARs, or distributor ecosystems.
- Experience working within the IT channel, technology distribution, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, software, or related technology markets preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance through pipeline, revenue attribution, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaign development and execution with a strong focus on the end user.
- Global campaign management across multiple regions and markets.
- Marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar technologies.
- Vendor-funded marketing programs and partner demand generation initiatives.
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
