Job Description Work directly with the Loan Collection Manager to coordinate collection workflow activities
Locate and identify responsible parties through multiple channels and resolve past due
amounts by negotiating payments, payment arrangements or other delinquency curing transactions a borrower may be eligible for.
Identify reason(s) for delinquency.
Research history on current loans.
Educate borrowers and co-borrowers about their payment obligation and the terms of their loans.
Convey the consequences of non-payment to borrowers and co-borrowers.
Create financial, administrative, and maintenance transactions
Verify points of contact for borrowers and co-borrowers (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses).
Maintain an advanced working knowledge of lending products, services and collection practices
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
