We are seeking an experienced California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapeutic and behavioral health services. The LMFT will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual/group/family counseling, and support patients with mental health and substance use concerns. Qualifications: - Current and valid California LMFT license. - Minimum 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the last 3 years in a public or private institution. - Internships do not count toward the required experience. Responsibilities: - Provide individual, group, and family counseling. - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. - Use CBT and other evidence-based interventions for SUD and behavioral health needs. - Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. - Assist with transition/discharge planning and community referrals. - Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes. - Attend required meetings, trainings, and case conferences.
