Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique challenges faced by hospice patients.
  • Implement well-structured treatment plans, complete with measurable goals and interventions designed to foster patient growth and resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
