Work EnvironmentThe role of the LCSW is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while providing seamless support to clients through virtual channels. Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring interventions based on individual circumstances.
- Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, focusing on trauma-informed care.
- Create and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations, facilitating their journey towards improved well-being.
- Act as a staunch advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and that they have access to necessary resources and social services.
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of community programs, furthering our mission to address and alleviate social issues.

Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices and ethical standards.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you on board.
