A healthcare organization in Central Kansas is looking for a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time night shift position.

• Full-time nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Independently provide prescribed respiratory therapy and evaluate patient response
• Perform respiratory care procedures throughout patient care and critical care areas
• Interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, and adjust care based on patient response
• Perform invasive respiratory procedures with minimal supervision and assistance
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality respiratory care

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Ability to independently assess patients and deliver prescribed respiratory therapy
• Comfortable providing respiratory care in patient care and critical care settings
• Ability to respond promptly to changes in patient condition and workload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
