A healthcare organization is looking for a Phlebotomy Manager for a full-time opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts.

• Full-time, 40 hours/week


• Manage inpatient phlebotomy and laboratory operations


• Oversee staff, quality, compliance, and laboratory safety


• Provide leadership and support for regulatory standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applicable science


• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience


• Familiarity with CAP and Joint Commission requirements


• Laboratory certification preferred
