Key Responsibilities-
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to craft individualized care plans.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and continually assess patient progress to modify treatment approaches as needed, ensuring the best possible mental health outcomes.

Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards and leveraging current technology to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and adjust treatment strategies that align with patients' goals and needs.

Provide education and mentoring to junior staff and interns, fostering a culture of learning within the organization.

Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations to enhance team performance and service delivery.

You will primarily work with patients impacted by cancer diagnoses, requiring sensitivity, professionalism, and specialized knowledge. Qualifications-
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Active and unrestricted State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
