Clinical Specialist -

We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites


• Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators


• Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients


• Conduct needs assessments and deliver a tailored educational program


• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices


• Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support


• Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down


• 2+ years of experience as a field-based clinical specialist for a medical device company


• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher


• Ability to travel within the assigned territory


• Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented


• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills

Comp

• Base $100k + $70k bonus - $170k OTE
