The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find a mid to senior-level attorney or counsel-level attorney with experience negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts specifically for renewable energy clients.

This role may be 100% remote or may be based in any of the firm's offices across the US. Compensation is very competitive and hours are manageable. Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy clients.
• Prior relevant in-house or law firm experience.
• J.D. and excellent academic credentials.
• Active Bar license in the state in which you are applying (or ability to waive in).
