We're looking for a Regional Supervisor to oversee multiple restaurant locations, drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across the region. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant impact on business performance and growth.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and management teams

✅ Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance

✅ Ensure consistent execution of company standards and guest experience

✅ Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans

✅ Recruit, train, and mentor future leaders

✅ Support multiple locations through regular restaurant visits

✅ Maintain excellence in food safety, compliance, and operational standards

What We're Looking For

✔️ Multi-unit restaurant management experience required

✔️ 5+ years of restaurant operations experience

✔️ Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills

✔️ Experience managing P&L, sales, labor, and operational metrics

✔️ Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations

✔️ Bilingual Spanish is a plus
