Job Description

*Weekly travel to client sites required Monday-Thursday every week, traveling to the same location*




Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Executive Partnership



  • Strategic Advisory: Partner closely with client CFOs and executive leadership to support financial analysis, reporting, and service line expansion.

  • Operational Performance Reviews: Lead monthly client executive meetings to evaluate revenue cycle performance, review strategic initiatives, and align on growth opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across client teams to align priorities, influence decision-making, and drive operational execution.

  • Program Leadership: Facilitate and direct program-level meetings across internal and client stakeholder groups.




Strategic Execution & Project Management



  • Action Planning: Articulate clear client project plans complete with defined deliverables, timelines, target outcomes, and actionable milestones.

  • Operational Excellence: Execute at a high level using "Best in KLAS" principles to consistently exceed performance standards and expectations for clients, patients, and colleagues.

  • Issue Escalation: Identify and promptly escalate critical operational or client concerns to executive leadership to ensure swift resolution.




Process Improvement & Innovation



  • Performance Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in client operations and propose integrated solutions across technology, services, and workflows to improve performance.

  • AI & Continuous Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation by adopting emerging technologies and modern tools.

  • Revenue Optimization: Monitor bad debt and refine front-end revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, point-of-service collections, and Medicaid eligibility.




Revenue Cycle Domain Expertise



  • Regulatory & Payer Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert on revenue cycle management, delivering timely updates on changing payer policies, contracting, regulatory shifts, and compliance.

  • Client Education: Help client leaders interpret and leverage revenue cycle processes, core metrics, analytics tools, and reporting.




Required Skills



  • Certification: Valid CRCR or related professional certification required.

  • Management Experience: 3–5 years of revenue cycle people leadership experience.

  • AI Integration: Proven experience utilizing and leveraging AI technologies to manage teams, automate workflows, and drive process efficiencies.

  • Remote & Travel Flexibility: Remote-based role with willingness to travel to client sites and corporate offices (75% travel requirement)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
