Role Description This is a part-time, remote Travel Coordinator role. The Travel Coordinator will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, including researching destinations, booking flights, accommodations, and activities, and preparing detailed itineraries for clients. The role involves communicating with clients to understand their preferences, providing recommendations, and ensuring all travel confirmations and documents are accurate and delivered on time. The Travel Coordinator will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date records of bookings and payments. Collaboration with internal team members and travel partners to secure the best options and ensure a seamless travel experience is also part of the role.
