Sales Associate

We’re seeking a polished, customer-focused Sales Associate to join a luxury retail team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service, building client relationships, and contributing to a strong sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling


• Drive sales and consistently work toward individual and store goals


• Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations


• Maintain a polished and welcoming sales floor


• Support visual merchandising and product replenishment


• Assist with shipments, inventory, and stockroom organization


• Support store opening and closing procedures as needed


• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an elevated client experience

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred


• Luxury, fashion, or premium retail experience a plus


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Sales-driven and client-focused


• Professional, polished, and personable


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
