What You Will Own

• Day to day leadership of F&B operations across all three revenue outlets: restaurant, banquets, and TOGO


• Direct management of the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and Banquet Supervisor


• Hire and fire authority over the F&B team, exercised in coordination with the GM and Director of Operations rather than fully autonomous


• Shift coverage and hands-on floor presence as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Proven F&B management experience in a hotel or resort setting with multiple outlets


• Experience managing department heads (chef, restaurant manager level), not just line staff


• Comfortable operating with shared hire/fire authority and reporting into ownership/operations leadership


• Strong operational and financial acumen across a mid-size, high-volume F&B operation


• Hands-on leadership style, willing to work shifts alongside the team

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 base salary


• PTO: 1 week after year 1, 2 weeks after year 2, 3 weeks after year 5


• 1 week sick time
