Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm with an exclusive focus on real estate law, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a firm known for its depth in real estate litigation, taking on complex matters across title, foreclosure, and property disputes. The attorney in this role will handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigation and will gain substantial courtroom experience and direct client interaction from day one.

What You'll Need

• Experience litigating title insurance cases, property disputes, and foreclosures
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Ability to independently manage pre-trial litigation work
• Strong client-facing communication skills

Compensation: $150,000 – $400,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
