Assistant Store Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and client-focused Assistant Store Manager to support a luxury retail store. This role is ideal for a polished retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and overall store performance
• Lead by example in delivering elevated, personalized customer service
• Drive sales and support the team in achieving individual and store goals
• Coach, motivate, and develop sales associates
• Assist with clienteling and building strong client relationships
• Support visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure operational excellence
• Assist with inventory, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization
• Help maintain a polished, welcoming, and luxury-focused store environment
• Step in as a key leader when the Store Manager is not present

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of retail leadership or management experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or premium retail
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly polished, professional, and client-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment
• Strong understanding of clienteling, sales performance, and store operations
