The Position: The Partner Relations Specialist assists in the day-to-day tasks of the Director, Partner Relations.
Workplace Type:
This is a 2-day/week in office hybrid position located in our Richmond, VA office.
Responsibilities:
- Auditing current discounts to ensure the YouDecide offer is better than what is available to the public.
- Assist in adding discount partners to the YouDecide platform. Including, but not limited to: Assisting with vetting process, Research and develop relationships with partner contacts, Coordinate with partner and YouDecide marketing team to secure assets
- Manage YouDecide’s nominate a provider program. Including, but not limited to: Receiving client approval (when applicable), Tracking down contact, Assisting with vetting process, Gathering required assets
- Assist in new client releases. Including, but not limited to: Gathering assets for client’s custom offers, Reaching out to current discount partners to ensure we can extend their discount to new client
- Maintain active revenue tracking: Coordinate with discount partner to pay invoices, Review and resolve revenue discrepancies
- Managing affiliate revenue (what is paid vs. what is reported)
- Engage in customer service conflict resolution regarding potential issues with discount offerings.
- Coordination of proofing, editing, and finalizing deployment of content.
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience or college credits
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented
- Remote working capabilities
- Team player
- Independently motivated to exceed goals
