We are a rapidly growing, family-owned company specializing in custom flooring solutions for commercial and industrial customers nationwide.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Order Management Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, sales, vendors, and logistics partners while managing custom flooring projects from order placement through delivery.

Position Summary

The Order Management Specialist serves as the central point of coordination for customer orders, quotations, pricing, logistics, and project execution. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure custom orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and supported with outstanding service.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a log-on and grab a matcha role, you will be actually working FULL-TIME

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred


• 1-2 years of professional experience in order management, customer service, sales support, pricing, bidding, logistics, or project coordination


• Strong computer proficiency required


• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams


• Ability to learn and navigate ERP, CRM, and order management systems quickly


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience entering and managing large volumes of sales orders and customer data


• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms


• Experience supporting custom products, project-based orders, or commercial accounts


• Familiarity with freight coordination, shipping documentation, and logistics tracking


• Advanced Excel skills including sorting, filtering, data management, and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain customer orders, pricing, specifications, and project details within company systems


• Review order data for completeness and accuracy before submission


• Track and update order statuses, shipping information, and customer records


• Generate quotes, reports, spreadsheets, and customer documentation


• Maintain electronic project files and order documentation


• Utilize ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications extensively throughout the day


• Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems while supporting customers and internal teams
