Financial Analyst

Our homebuilding operations generate cash that flows into related land development and investment entities. About the Role As a Financial Analyst at Tuskes Homes, you will build and maintain the financial reporting that ownership relies on every week. This full-time, on-site role in Bethlehem, PA works directly with the President across our homebuilding, land development, and investment entities. You will own weekly cash flow projections, maintain the production budget with forward-looking forecasting, and handle loan schedules, draw schedules, and intercompany balances across all entities. You will also support monthly financial reporting, margin analysis, and the special projects that come with a company still actively forming new entities. You do not need to know homebuilding. Everything specific to our business can be learned on the job.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain weekly cash flow projections across all entities


• Coordinate cash management between operating and investment entities


• Maintain the production budget with forward-looking cash flow forecasting


• Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting


• Maintain loan schedules, draw schedules, and intercompany due to and due from balances


• Provide accounts payable and operational support


• Take on margin analysis and special projects as the business grows

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• One to three years of experience, with a public accounting or CPA firm background strongly preferred


• Comfortable with reconciliations, multi-entity or multi-client accounting, and working across different business types


• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and clean, well-organized workbooks


• Detail oriented with strong follow through and a high standard for accuracy


• Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to manage several projects at once


• You do not need to know homebuilding. Everything specific to our business can be learned on the job

Nice to Have

• Experience with MARKS Systems, QuickBooks, or AppFolio


• Exposure to construction, real estate, or land development accounting


• CPA or CPA candidate
