Paralegal

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Paralegal to join a highly regarded law practice in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning docs, ancillary pleadings, and probate court filings


• Coordinate lifetime and post-death asset transfers with CPAs, wealth advisors, and financial institutions


• Prepare federal and state tax filings, including Forms 706 (Estate) & 709 (Gift)


• Assist with entity governance, corporate records, and minute books for family businesses

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of estate planning, probate, or fiduciary legal experience


• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certificate preferred)


• Familiarity with IRC, Form 706/709 prep, and asset titling


• Strong organizational, research, and client-facing skills
