What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead large-scale HVAC/mechanical scopes on complex, high-visibility projects


• Own the full financial picture (P&L) — budgeting, forecasting, cost control


• Drive project strategy, scheduling, manpower planning, and execution


• Act as the face of the company with owners, GCs, and design teams


• Mentor and develop PMs, APMs, and field leadership


• Ensure safety, quality, and performance across all phases

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years in mechanical/HVAC construction


• Experience leading large projects ($100M+ mechanical scope or equivalent complexity)


• Strong financial acumen and client-facing leadership


• Background in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical projects


• Open to traveling full-time
