? Lead Engineering Excellence in a High-Growth Manufacturing Environment


We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting a complex manufacturing operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving operational excellence, capital projects, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams.


What You'll Do


As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the site's engineering strategy while leading teams across:



  • Maintenance

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Tool Shop

  • Facilities

  • Utilities


Key responsibilities include:


✅ Driving equipment reliability, uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)


✅ Leading preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs


✅ Managing capital projects from concept through commissioning and operational handover


✅ Developing business cases, capital investment proposals, and project budgets


✅ Partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives


✅ Leading continuous improvement efforts focused on automation, digital manufacturing, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence


✅ Building, mentoring, and developing engineering teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and safety


What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline

  • 10+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment

  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience

  • Proven success managing Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, and Capital Projects

  • Strong project management experience with capital investments from concept through commissioning

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similar industries

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills
