PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM to support ongoing enterprise initiatives and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.
• Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze integrations, data conversions, workflows, and cross-functional impacts.
• Contribute to project governance, scope management, risk assessment, and change control activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSCM modules.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query.
• Knowledge of Integration Broker, Component Interfaces (CI), workflow functionality, and module configuration.
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
• Consulting experience within complex enterprise environments.
