We specialize in PRN, contract, and direct-hire placements, partnering with schools, healthcare facilities, long-term care providers, and behavioral health organizations across the region.


We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our team in Wexford, PA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex scheduling puzzles, and excel at building strong relationships, this role is for you!


The Role

As a Healthcare Staffing Specialist, you will keep local schools and healthcare facilities fully staffed with top-tier nursing professionals.


  • Scheduling & Roster Management: Build, maintain, and optimize daily staffing schedules to ensure complete coverage across all partner accounts.

  • Communication & Support: Act as the primary bridge between nursing staff and facility leadership, coordinating availability, assignments, and roster updates.

  • Rapid Shift Coverage: Proactively resolve call-offs and manage urgent, last-minute staffing requests in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compliance & Operations: Oversee candidate onboarding, track credentials, and keep scheduling records accurate and compliant.

    • What We’re Looking For
    • Experience: 1+ years in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or a related administrative role.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling or applicant tracking software.

    • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking abilities in a high-energy environment.
