The Customer Care Coordinator’s responsibilities include: Processing orders, Accounts receivable and customer service.

Reporting Relations

Accountable and Reports to: Vice President, Controller.

Positions that Report to you: None

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintaining and ensuring food safety. Report any food safety deviations to your supervisor immediately.

· Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.

· Adjusts/reconciles accounts receivable and uploads positive pay.

· Log orders, print and supply copies for individual departments.

· Answers phones, gates, greets customers and salespersons.

· Replenishes and orders office supplies as needed.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

· Attention to detail and follow through is necessary while working independently.

· This individual is preferred to be bilingual (Spanish-English)

· Ability to read and interpret written or verbal instructions.

· This person must have the ability to relate well with people

· Understanding the need for and ensuring confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

· High school education/equivalent or related experience

Physical Requirements:

· This is considered a semi-skilled position. Frequent to constant handling, grasping, constant listening, talking, hearing, seeing, reading, dealing with people, influencing others, evaluating information.

Working Conditions:

· Duties performed mostly in office setting.

· Frequent deadlines exist while handling multiple tasks.

· Daily contact occurs with customers, salespersons and employees.

Equipment Used to Perform Job:

• Production machinery, Copy machine and Two way radio.
