Regional Plumbing Manager sought for Multi-Location Residential Home Services Provider – Southern Division

Our client is a private-equity-backed residential services platform operating 12+ trusted local Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical brands across multiple states. Their brands share one mission: to deliver same-day, expert service rooted in trust, professionalism, and community reputation.

Currently, we seek a well-qualified Regional Plumbing Manager (RPM) to drive overall performance, profitability, operational execution, and growth of the plumbing business in the Southern Region.

This position will provide leadership to the region's plumbing operations with a primary focus on improving KPIs, increasing gross margin, controlling labor and material costs, improving productivity, developing employees, and creating consistent operating standards across all locations.

Financial Management

The RPM will be responsible for understanding and managing the financial performance of the plumbing business.

• The RPM should understand: Revenue → COGS → Labor → Gross Profit → Operating Expenses → EBITDA


• The position will focus heavily on the areas of the P&L that are directly controlled by the plumbing organization

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED required


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential plumbing or home services industry


• Minimum 2+ years of leadership and management experience


• Proven track record of managing plumbing service and/or installation operations
