Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Member Service Supervisor. The Member Service Supervisor will oversee daily member service operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising member service representatives, addressing escalated member inquiries or issues, training staff, and maintaining branch operational efficiency. The role also requires creating a positive and productive environment to inspire staff to achieve excellent customer service and deliver a strong member experience. As a working Supervisor

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing teams effectively to meet operational goals.


• Customer-Focused Skills: Strong background in Customer Service and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction.


• Training and Development: Ability to train team members to develop their skills and maintain consistent service standards.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and members professionally.


• Understanding of financial services, banking, or credit union operations, to include Cash transactions and opening of new accounts.


• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment with a member-centric approach.


• 2 years experience in a Bank or Credit Union required in both Operations and Cash handling


• Understand Compliance with Federal Regulators.
