Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator
Location: Palm Springs, FL
Workplace Type: Hybrid
Pay: $50,000 to $53,000
About the Organization
Our client is a CARF-accredited, mission-driven nonprofit that helps Veterans and their families in Palm Beach County find and keep stable housing.
Why You'll Love Working Here
This is a team that truly cares, about the Veterans they serve and about each other. People here have each other's backs, celebrate wins together, and support one another on the hard days.
Leadership is hands-on and approachable, training is real, and you'll never be left to figure things out alone. If you want meaningful work where you can make a difference, without giving up great benefits or work-life balance, this is the place.
The Role
As the Community Outreach Coordinator, you'll be the face of the program in the community. This is a people job at its core. You'll build relationships with shelters, VA programs, local businesses, and partner agencies so that every Veteran who needs help gets connected to it. You'll also lead a small outreach team of two. Some days you'll be presenting to a community group. Other days you'll be meeting a Veteran on the street and making sure they get to Intake that week.
