Are you an experienced compliance professional ready to make an impact in higher education?

We’re looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, including areas such as:

• Title IX

• ADA/Section 504

• FERPA

• FOIA

• Similar legal and regulatory frameworks

This role provides guidance on legal and compliance matters, monitors regulatory changes, supports policy development, and advises College leadership and campus stakeholders.

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Location: Maryland or contiguous states

Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
