Role Description

We are hiring a Crypto Market Analyst to support cryptocurrency market research, stablecoin analysis, digital asset intelligence, and blockchain-based financial strategy.

This is a full-time role focused on analyzing crypto market conditions and researching how stablecoins, on-chain liquidity, digital payments, tokenized credit, and blockchain infrastructure may support telecom finance and emerging-market financial systems.

The role is focused on research, financial analysis, market intelligence, and strategic planning. It does not require candidates to trade personal funds, manage retail client accounts, promote individual tokens, control customer wallets, guarantee returns, or provide personal investment advice.

Responsibilities

Research cryptocurrency markets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, Layer 1 networks, Layer 2 networks, digital payment infrastructure, and blockchain-based credit markets

Analyze market structure, liquidity, volatility, trading activity, stablecoin supply, exchange flows, on-chain transaction activity, and institutional digital asset adoption

Research how stablecoins, blockchain settlement, tokenized financing, and digital assets may support telecom working capital, distributor finance, agent liquidity, and cross-border payments

Prepare crypto market reports, stablecoin summaries, sector research, liquidity reviews, risk assessments, and internal briefing materials

Monitor macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, protocol upgrades, market funding activity, stablecoin developments, security incidents, and emerging blockchain infrastructure

Evaluate digital asset markets based on liquidity, adoption, volatility, counterparty exposure, infrastructure reliability, regulatory considerations, and relevance to emerging-market finance

Develop research frameworks for comparing blockchain networks, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, tokenized credit models, payment infrastructure, and digital asset service providers

Maintain market dashboards, stablecoin trackers, digital asset watchlists, blockchain ecosystem maps, liquidity reports, and research databases

Review protocol documentation, blockchain transaction data, market reports, governance proposals, exchange information, and digital asset research

Collaborate with finance, product, risk, operations, technology, and business development teams to translate crypto market research into practical strategic recommendations

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, digital payments, telecom finance, fintech, DeFi, and emerging-market financial systems

Experience or strong familiarity with crypto market research, digital asset analysis, investment research, trading analysis, fintech, blockchain research, treasury research, or capital markets

Understanding of market concepts including liquidity, volatility, market cycles, trading volume, price discovery, correlation, counterparty exposure, and capital preservation

Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, crypto exchanges, Layer 1 networks, Layer 2 networks, tokenized assets, and blockchain payment infrastructure

Ability to review financial data, blockchain transactions, market reports, protocol documentation, liquidity indicators, and digital asset research

Strong research, financial reasoning, writing, communication, organization, and analytical thinking skills

Comfortable preparing market reports, stablecoin reviews, risk summaries, dashboards, sector research, and internal strategy documents

Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from the United States

Preferred Background

Experience in cryptocurrency research, fintech, telecom finance, digital payments, stablecoins, DeFi, investment research, treasury strategy, financial inclusion, or emerging markets

Familiarity with tools such as TradingView, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, DefiLlama, Dune, Token Terminal, Glassnode, CryptoQuant, Nansen, Arkham, Etherscan, Dexscreener, Coinglass, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python, Notion, or Airtable

Understanding of stablecoin settlement, on-chain liquidity, tokenized credit, digital payments, telecom distribution networks, working-capital finance, exchange flows, and blockchain transaction infrastructure

Experience producing market research, liquidity reports, financial models, risk assessments, digital asset dashboards, or investment-style research

Background in finance, economics, fintech, telecommunications, data analytics, blockchain, mathematics, or a related field

Compensation

Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 USD per year depending on experience in cryptocurrency research, digital assets, fintech, stablecoins, telecom finance, DeFi, trading analysis, or capital markets

Performance-based incentives and additional bonus opportunities may also be available
