Lead -Analyst Relations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analyst Relations leader to establish and elevate market positioning for our AI-first Marketing Services business.

Unlike traditional analyst relations roles, this position requires a seasoned professional with deep, established relationships across the analyst community. The ideal candidate should already possess a strong network within leading analyst and advisory firms and be able to immediately influence market perception, drive visibility, and strengthen strategic positioning.

This is a highly visible role working directly with executive leadership, business leaders, product teams, and marketing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global Analyst Relations strategy aligned to business growth objectives.


• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key analysts ,advisor, and procurement firms


• Develop compelling narratives showcasing the organization's AI-first approach to marketing services.


• Manage and drive analyst briefings, inquiries, executive meetings, advisory sessions, and strategic engagements.


• Influence analyst perceptions and improve positioning in reports, evaluations, market guides, and industry assessments.


• Advise executive leadership on competitive positioning, market direction, and emerging trends.


• Monitor competitive intelligence and analyst research to identify strategic opportunities.


• Partner closely with business, marketing, consulting, and sales teams to create differentiated market messaging.


• Enable sales teams with analyst insights, references, and market intelligence.


• Track and demonstrate analyst-driven business impact, including market visibility, reputation, and pipeline influence.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Industry Analyst Engagement, Technology Marketing, Strategic Communications, or Market Influence roles.


• Extensive existing relationships with major analyst firms and advisory organizations.


• Demonstrated experience influencing analyst perceptions and driving positive market positioning.


• Deep understanding of technology services, digital transformation, AI, customer experience, and marketing services.


• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and industry influencers.
