Fleet Solutions Specialist

Gem City Tire is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Fleet Solutions Specialist to help support and expand our commercial fleet business in the Indianapolis area.

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on helping fleet customers improve uptime, reduce costs, and keep their trucks on the road through commercial truck tires and related services.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with commercial fleet customers
• Sell commercial truck tires and fleet service programs
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Work directly with fleet managers to deliver tailored solutions
• Support long-term customer success and retention

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Transportation, fleet, or service industry experience is a plus
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and process-driven
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
