Job Description
  • Lead failure analysis investigations (root cause, corrective action — RCCA) and drive yield improvement programs using Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee server hardware debugging, validation, assembly, system integration, NPI, and ECO activities.
  • Perform and guide BIOS/BMC functional testing, debug sessions, and test log interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain Troubleshooting Guides for repair and author Technical Issue Reports.
  • Manage customer-facing & Head Quarters technical communications and act as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Support SMT process oversight, board power-on, component verification, and PCBA schematic analysis.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Engineers, ensuring high-quality execution of debug, validation, and repair workflows.
  • Attend and Coordinate Department Audits
