Work Environment


This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The role is primarily in-office with the flexibility to work from home one preset day per week.




Position Overview


The Client Advocate is a proactive, detail-oriented, front-line support professional who provides essential support to a team of financial advisors and tax preparers. This person assists with client-facing needs, prepares materials for meetings, and helps keep day-to-day tasks organized and moving forward.


A major focus of the position is creating a strong client experience by helping resolve complex financial matters and delivering a high level of service.




Key Responsibilities



  • Support financial advisors and tax professionals by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.

  • Ensure client documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for meetings.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and assist with questions, financial products, and service-related issues.

  • Work with business partners to resolve client concerns involving financial services, account maintenance, and other matters.

  • Track tasks, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assist with preparing financial plans and tax documents by gathering information and ensuring materials are accurate and current.

  • Follow internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

  • Handle daily administrative responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, answering client calls, and maintaining organized records.




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Series 65 certification is a plus.
