Branch Manager

? WE’RE HIRING: Sr. BRANCH MANAGER | FOREST PARK, IL

*Must be able to work on-site in our Forest Park branch office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: $65-$70k/year (based on experience) + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance) + commission

We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead and grow our Forest Park, IL staffing operation.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a staffing professional who understands both sides of the business: developing client relationships and driving recruiting/branch performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Forest Park branch


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients


• Drive new business development and revenue growth within the local market


• Identify opportunities to expand staffing partnerships with employers


• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and branch staff


• Oversee recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and workforce needs


• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver staffing solutions


• Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key staffing metrics


• Help ensure a strong candidate and client experience from initial contact through placement


• Collaborate with SwipeJobs leadership and internal teams to support business growth


• Represent SwipeJobs professionally within the local business community

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in a branch or market leadership role


• Proven experience managing recruiters or staffing teams


• Strong business development and client relationship skills


• Experience within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or high-volume staffing preferred


• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts


• Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, and staffing operations


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills


• A hands-on management style with the ability to both lead a team and develop business
