Punch Press Operator

We are hiring for a Punch Press Operator on a direct hire basis with our growing client in Sussex, WI.

-Pay: Up to $24/hour

-Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

-Set up and operate punch press equipment and related machinery.

-Assemble components, perform spot welding, and complete repetitive production tasks.

-Inspect parts for quality, identify defects, and maintain accurate production records.

-Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications:

-Previous manufacturing or punch press experience preferred.

-Ability to identify quality issues and follow work instructions.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
