Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Plumbing Design Technician to support complex building and industrial projects. The role will focus on plumbing design, Revit modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design domestic hot/cold water, waste & vent, and stormwater systems.
• Develop plumbing models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review/respond to RFIs and shop drawings.
• Support clash detection/resolution and project site visits.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of plumbing design experience, or 5+ years with an Associate’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of building plumbing systems and plumbing codes.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Industrial/pharmaceutical facility experience is a plus.
