Title: Human Resources - Portuguese

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Duration: 12 Months

Openings: 3

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET

The manager would like at least one of the three selected candidates to be bilingual in English and Portuguese.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a Call Center environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems.
• Knowledge of case management systems and HR portals.
• IHRIM or SHRM certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
