KÖHLER Elevator USA is growing, and we're looking for a driven Territory Manager to help us expand our presence across North America.

KÖHLER Elevator is an elevator and escalator manufacturer recognized for German engineering, precision, custom design, and sustainable vertical-mobility solutions. As we continue expanding throughout the United States and Canada, we're building partnerships with developers, construction firms, elevator consultants, distributors, and industry professionals.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team and play a direct role in developing relationships, creating new business opportunities, and bringing KÖHLER's Elevator and Escalator solutions to the North American market.

THE ROLE

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, presenting tailored elevator solutions, and supporting our customers and partners throughout the sales process.

You will work closely with clients, distributors, consultants, construction partners, and internal teams to help drive business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.


• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the North American market.


• Present KÖHLER elevator and escalator solutions to clients, distributors, developers, and industry partners.


• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support the sales process from opportunity through close.


• Train customers and distributors on KÖHLER products, features, and benefits.


• Collaborate with distributors and partners to achieve sales objectives.


• Manage sales activity and customer information through CRM systems.


• Support long-term account development and customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from sales through project execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.


• Proven sales experience and a track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.


• Ability to build relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.


• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.


• Experience managing quota-driven sales through distributors is a plus.


• Experience in the elevator, construction, architectural, or related industries is a plus.


• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
